Since 2009, D.A.K. Pallets Limited has been one of Trinidad & Tobago's leading manufacturers and suppliers of premium-quality wooden pallets, serving both local and international export markets with products built to the highest industry standards. Every pallet we manufacture is produced from premium imported softwood lumber and is 100% heat treated to the ISPM 15 international phytosanitary standard. Each pallet proudly carries our registered mark TT-08 together with the official ISPM 15 certification, confirming that the wood has been heat treated to the internationally required temperature to eliminate wood-destroying insects and inhibit mould. This ensures our pallets are fully compliant with global export regulations, allowing shipments to move efficiently through international ports with confidence. To meet the diverse needs of our customers, we manufacture both stringer pallets, with a production capacity of approximately 5,000 pallets per week, and block pallets, capable of handling heavier loads with a production capacity of 2,500 pallets per week. We also offer custom-built wooden pallets tailored to meet specific operational, warehousing, manufacturing, and export requirements. With continued investment in new warehouse facilities and advanced manufacturing equipment, we are expanding production capacity to 9,500 pallets per week. Our pallets are manufactured using three carefully selected premium softwoods. Heavy-Duty Southern Yellow Pine delivers exceptional strength and durability for demanding industrial and export applications. Spruce Pine Fir (SPF) provides a lightweight yet stable solution, making it ideal for warehousing, storage, and distribution. Brazilian Pine offers reliable strength, a smooth finish, and consistent appearance, making it an excellent choice for branded and customer-facing pallets. Every board is professionally imported, graded, inspected, and processed to ensure superior quality and long-lasting performance. Our modern manufacturing facility is equipped with brand-new pallet machinery and forklifts that comply with U.S., Canadian, and local Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards. Regular servicing and preventative maintenance ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining the highest levels of quality, reliability, and consistency.
